Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

At Absolute Body Waxing & Spa, we take great pride in providing top-notch spa services that exceed our clients’ expectations. We understand that your satisfaction is paramount, and we are committed to working with you to address any concerns you may have. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours so that we can promptly resolve any issues. Our skilled therapists will be more than happy to provide exceptional service within one week. If, after this time, you are still not satisfied, we offer store credit for another service. Please note that we do not provide refunds for services, and credit cannot be issued after 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

We value our clients’ time and understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with a courtesy notice of at least 4 hours, so that we can make your time spot available for another guest. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in walk-in only status. Please note that calling to cancel your appointment at the scheduled time or after your appointment time is considered a no-show. For multiple bookings, we require 24 hours’ notice and credit card information. Rest assured, we will inform you if credit card information is required.

Are pets allowed inside the spa?

As a courtesy to our other clients who may have certain allergies no pets are allowed inside of Absolute Body Waxing & Spa.

Are children allowed inside the spa?

To keep the serenity of Absolute Body Waxing & Spa no children under 12 are allowed, unless they are getting services.

How early should I show up?

We require all guests to be on premises 10-15 minutes early for new guests and 5-10 minutes early for regulars. Guests who are habitually late or have 2 or more no-shows within a 6-month period will result in a “walk-in” only status.

Can I still make calls or text during my trip to the spa?

As a courtesy to our other guests, cell phones pagers, and other mobile devices should be turned off or silenced at Absolute Body Waxing & Spa.

This feels uncomfortable, what should I do?

At any time, if you are uncomfortable, please let your therapist know, so we can make your experience at Absolute Body Waxing & Spa exceptional.

Is gratuity included in the cost of your services?

Gratuity is not included in the cost or your services, but is very much appreciated. 15-20% is customary. Cash gratuity is also well appreciated. 18% gratuity is added automatically for group parties.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Gift Certificates can be purchased at the spa or by phone. All Gift Certificates expire in 6 months after purchase date.

My gift card is going to expire, how early should I schedule an appointment?

When using a gift card please schedule an appointment prior to 2 weeks of expiration for us to accommodate scheduling.

What happens if I show up late?

We cannot guarantee your full-service time for late arrivals.

What’s your policy on product returns?

Products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original package and receipt for store credit.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We gladly accept cash, master/visa debit cards and Travelers Checks

Are your prices always the same?

Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice.

What’s your policy on multiple bookings?

Multiple bookings require a valid credit card # in order to book the appointment. There is a 24-hour cancellation notice for multiple bookings. No call no show appoints will be charged the full-service amount.
